Movement 4 Power

Movement 4 Power develops baseball and softball players in St. Louis, and it measures before it coaches. Every athlete starts with a movement screen, athletic testing and the swing or delivery on film. Each gets a written evaluation and a four-week plan, then a re-test against that baseline. Founded in 2026 with three athletes, it went from 27 to 90 athletes in 117 days. It now trains more than 90 with six instructors at Center STL, and it is the official training arm of Southside Prospects.
