CEJ Capital LLC is a separate company. Its only member is CEJ Holdings LLC, so it is wholly owned by CEJ Holdings. It holds the group’s stakes in companies the group has helped scale.
CEJ Capital LLC invests only the capital of its owner and affiliates. It does not offer securities, solicit or accept outside investment, or provide investment advice.
CEJ CAPITAL DISCLOSURESCEJ Ventures is not a company. It is a registered trade name of CEJ Holdings LLC, used for building new companies and products. Anything done as CEJ Ventures is done by CEJ Holdings LLC.
Devoted Athletics is a nonprofit in development. It is affiliated with the group, but it is not a subsidiary and is not owned by CEJ Holdings LLC.

The forms collect what you type into them, such as your name, your email address, your company and your message.
With each submission we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit abuse of the forms, along with your browser’s user agent and any campaign tags on the link that brought you here.
We use what you send only to reply to you. An address given for early access is used only to tell you about new products from the house.
