ST. LOUIS —
CEJ Holdings Established, Acquires Stake in The Arm Barn to Expand Movement 4 Power
CEJ Holdings LLC, the St. Louis holding company founded by Connor E. Jenkins, is now the parent of Movement 4 Power and EVRT. It has acquired an ownership stake in The Arm Barn to expand Movement 4 Power and develop Southside Prospects.
CEJ Holdings LLC, a private holding company organized in Missouri on Nov. 2, 2026, is now the parent company of Movement 4 Power and EVRT. Connor E. Jenkins founded both companies and is the holding company’s sole member. Both were built from the ground up. CEJ Holdings was formed to own and operate them for the long term.
CEJ Holdings has also acquired an ownership stake in The Arm Barn, a pitching velocity program from Southside Prospects and Movement 4 Power at Center STL in St. Louis. The stake supports the expansion of Movement 4 Power and the development of Southside Prospects, the club for which Movement 4 Power is the official training arm.
“Movement 4 Power and EVRT were built, not bought,” said Connor E. Jenkins, founder and principal of CEJ Holdings. “CEJ Holdings gives them an owner that works inside them and intends to keep them. We are not a fund. We put the systems in first, we judge each business by the cash it produces, and we stay.”
The Arm Barn
The Arm Barn is a data-driven velocity program for pitchers from youth through high school. Each pitcher starts with a velocity and movement assessment. The work that follows is an individualized throwing program, a biomechanics breakdown, and arm care and strength. Progress is re-tested in four-week blocks against the pitcher’s own baseline.
The program will be housed at Center STL, the St. Louis facility where Movement 4 Power already trains. It opens soon. Southside Prospects is a St. Louis select baseball club for players 8U through 18U. Jenkins serves as its High School Director.
“Movement 4 Power measures before it coaches. The Arm Barn holds pitchers to the same standard: a baseline, a program built on their own numbers, and a re-test every four weeks,” said Jenkins. “We took a stake because we intend to build this with Southside Prospects for years, not seasons.”
The companies
Movement 4 Power is a baseball and softball player development company in St. Louis. Every athlete starts with an assessment: a movement screen, athletic testing, and the swing or delivery on film. Each receives a written evaluation and a four-week plan, then is re-tested against that baseline. Founded in 2026 with three athletes, Movement 4 Power grew from 27 to 90 athletes in 117 days. It now trains more than 90 athletes with six instructors. Its training is measured on HitTrax, Rapsodo, Blast Motion, Diamond Kinetics, Uplift 3D Capture and side-by-side video.
EVRT, the trade name of Everett Advisors LLC, was founded in St. Louis in 2023. It builds the custom websites, conversion systems, dashboards, automation and revenue infrastructure that growing companies run on, from strategy through hands-on implementation. EVRT designed and built the Movement 4 Power training app, and it engineers, hosts and improves the Movement 4 Power platform.
How CEJ Holdings operates
CEJ Holdings does not raise or manage outside money. It builds operating companies with customers, staff and cash flow of their own, and it keeps them. When it takes a stake in another business, it stays involved after the deal.
It runs on five principles: own the infrastructure; systems before headcount; cash flow is the only applause; stay in the room after the deal; and never need the money.
